Join us for an exciting and enriching DIR® Floortime™ Summer Camp!

Program Overview:

• Ages: 3-6 years old

• Dates: July 6, 2026 - July 31, 2026

• Time: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM

• Location: The Village Therapy Place Office: 541 Cedar Hill Avenue Wyckoff, NJ 07481, with additional outdoor space TBD

• Dedicated Staff Ratio: 1 player per child; 1:1

• Price: We will work with your out-of-network insurance benefit. Please call our office for the self-pay rate.

Camp Details:

The Village Playground is designed to provide an enriching environment for children, filled with a variety of toys, arts and crafts, dress-up corners, cars, and dollhouses.

The camp will embrace the DIR® Floortime™ approach, which fosters a child-led interaction while we support the children in a one-to-one capacity with appropriate affect, language, gesture, and sensory support that is sensitive to each child. All campers will engage in “free play” with their peers. This will facilitate their ability to share attention with one another, to read & respond to one another’s invitation to play, to engage & be engaged, and to sustain interactions during spontaneous play, therefore supporting their functional emotional developmental capacities.

Duration: 3.5 hours per day

For new clients interested in joining the camp:

A DIR® Floortime™ Intake Evaluation is required before the start of the camp. The evaluation will help us gain insights into your child’s functional and emotional development. This will allow us to tailor our approach to his/her profile and meet his/her needs during the camp.

The DIR® Floortime™ Intake Evaluation is charged separately from the camp but may be submitted to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. We will contact you to schedule the evaluation within the next few weeks.
