Sarah Kleinman

Physical Therapist PT, DPT

I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2006. I always knew my passion was for pediatrics, and I have worked in the outpatient pediatric setting as well as Early Intervention since graduating for over 15 years now.

Throughout these 15 years I have treated children from birth to 21 with a large variety of diagnoses such as torticollis, cerebral palsy, club foot, developmental delay, Down syndrome, amongst many others.

Continued growth and education is very important to me, and I have taken a wide variety of continuing education classes including obtaining certification as a kinesiotape practitioner, Total Motion Release, NDT courses, torticollis courses and many more. I have a special passion for torticollis and plagiocephaly and helping parents navigate the plagiocephaly journey.

I believe strongly in the whole child approach and in working closely with the child’s family and team to help the child to reach their full potential. For these reasons I was strongly pulled to the Village Therapy Place as they embody this model of treatment.
